Owner does a good job of maintaining rooms. For the price and proximity to surrounding attractions, it's actually a good value. When I arrived the bathrooms were clean. The building is rather old however despite this, the rooms are relatively free. This is a rural area. If you can't afford a bed and breakfast or your cheap, there should be no complaints. If you ever have a problem, the owner does his best to take care of it promply.
Actually nicer than you would think. We had the king size room tucked back in the corner...i should have taken some pictures...it was cute...great paint colors and bedding...large room and bathroom....skylight....refrigerator etc...everything was clean and modern and great except the chair...it was stained to the point it ruined the rest of the great work they did. Toss the stained chairs and I give it a 5!!!!
The Greenway Motel is a quaint, comfortable and clean place to stay. The rooms are well maintained. The owners are friendly and the prices are very reasonable. If you are looking for a more affordable place to stay, I highly recommend The Greenway Motel.
